For the highest accuracy, we prefer CAD files such as .DXF or .DWG. We can also work from STEP files or detailed technical drawings in .PDF format that clearly show all dimensions and tolerances. If you only have a concept, our team can work with you to create the necessary drawings.
Laser cutting offers the highest precision and a very clean edge, making it ideal for thinner plates (typically up to 25mm) and complex designs with intricate details. Plasma cutting is more cost-effective and extremely efficient for cutting thicker plates (from 15mm to over 150mm), making it perfect for heavy structural components.
Our cutting tolerance depends on the method used and the thickness of the material. For laser cutting, we can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.1mm. For high-definition plasma cutting, tolerances are typically within ±0.5mm to ±1.5mm. We will always work with you to meet the specific tolerance requirements of your project.
