First, rust, dirt
Stainless steel depends on whether the composition of the raw material is genuine, such as chromium, nickel, etc., to determine its anti-rust index. If the material is good, it will not rust under normal maintenance. In fact, most of the rust problems are caused by environmental influences and human factors, such as illegal operations during processing, careless installation, own environmental impact, and failure to maintain timely after typhoons. Rust and dirt are common problems, but after-sales service in this area is also easy to deal with.
1. Don't make a promise of not rusting, make it clear before the sale, and explain the maintenance knowledge of stainless steel to customers.
2. If there is a rust problem on the product, try to guide the customer to solve the problem as soon as possible. If it really doesn't work, go to the door to promote it, because every year there will be rust problems that may be caused by different typhoons and rains. It is impossible to help them solve their problems every time. It is better to teach a man to fish than to give him a fish.
3. When there is a problem of dirt, it is usually scrubbed with a special cleaning solution, then rinsed with water and then dried. This problem is generally solved by consumers themselves.
Second, deformation
Deformation usually means that the flatness or roundness of stainless steel has a certain error, which can be observed with the naked eye when it is serious, and can be felt by hand when it is not serious. Overall dimensions are within standard tolerances. Of course, this refers to the situation after the factory, and the problems after processing and long-term storage should be dealt with separately.
Third, deviation of size, thickness and weight
A distinction should be made between dimensional deviations and thickness deviations. The method of identification is to measure the product with general test tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers, and speak with facts. If the size conforms to the standard, within the allowable range, do a good job of explaining the construction party or the customer; if the size does not conform to the standard, the unprocessed product can be replaced.
