316 1mm thick cold rolled stainless steel coil puts forward high requirements for the pole rolling process. Because of the performance requirements of extremely thinning, high strength and high precision, the conventional rolling process cannot meet the requirements of 316 1mm thick cold rolled stainless steel coil. For the production of rolled stainless steel coil, the complete production process needs to include cold rolling, annealing, finishing and other processes.
316 1mm thick cold rolled stainless steel coil rolling process:
During the rolling process of 316 1mm thick cold rolled stainless steel coil, care should be taken to select the appropriate tension system, speed system, reduction system and roll shape. In order to improve the production capacity of the rolling mill, on the premise of making full use of the main drive power of the rolling mill and the front and rear coilers, the reduction rate should be increased as much as possible to reduce the number of rolling passes. The tension can reduce the rolling pressure, improve the plate shape, and stabilize the rolling process. At the same time, it should be adjusted at any time according to the plate shape. When there are waves in the middle of the material, the tension should be reduced to prevent the strip edge or the strip from being broken. When side waves are generated, the tension can be appropriately increased.
Within the allowable speed range of the 316 1mm thick cold rolled stainless steel coil rolling mill, the highest rolling speed should be adopted to improve the production capacity of the rolling mill. At the same time, when the rolling speed increases, the rolling pressure decreases accordingly. When rolling for the first time, a lower rolling speed is generally used.
