1. Select raw materials
The raw materials need to go through: steel coil, pickling, rolling, annealing, and slitting to obtain the finished steel strip of the corresponding size. Steel coils are divided into hot-rolled and cold-rolled materials, and rolling is divided into rough rolling and finishing. For ordinary stainless steel welded pipes, hot-rolled or cold-rolled coils, rough rolling or finishing rolling can be selected as needed, and even pickling and annealing are not required.
2. Tube forming
Under the operation of professional professionals, the steel coil is extruded through the pipe-making machine to form a round tube, and the round tube is formed after processing by the welding process. The round tube is then extruded and deformed through an oval die to become the final stainless steel oval tube. In addition, if the welding is not thorough enough, the stainless steel pipe will burst during the secondary extrusion deformation; if the precision of the mold is not stable enough, the produced pipe will also be deformed, so every step of the pipe making needs to be strictly controlled.
3. Cutting and welding
The conventional length of the stainless steel oval pipe is 6 meters. If the required length is too short, a pipe cutting machine must be used for cutting. If the required length is greater than 6 meters, use multi-section steel pipes for welding and splicing to achieve the desired length.
4. Coating process
When the shape and size of the stainless steel oval tube are completed, it needs to be electroplating, spraying, painting and other coloring processes. No matter what kind of coating is used, it is to isolate the external environment and improve its oxidation resistance and aesthetics.
