1. Price

The surface coloring process of stainless steel will affect the price level, mainly the water electroplating coloring process and the electroplating spray coloring process. The former one gives people a vague and unattractive feeling. Like spraying, it will also cause sewage pollution and is cheaper. The latter is less environmentally friendly and will not produce harmful or polluting substances.
2. Color cast
Since steel rods with neutral colors are suitable for architectural decoration and interior decoration, their ornamental value is very important. When inspecting the goods, the consignee must take care of them and carefully observe whether there are color casts, scratches, small blisters, peeling water marks and other problems on the surface.
After production and processing, a protective film is usually applied to the surface of the intermediate color steel rod to ensure the gloss of the surface and prevent it from being scratched by hard blocks. If the quality of the protective film is not very good, it will delaminate for a long time and be difficult to tear off, or there will be a lot of strong glue on the surface after it is removed, which is very unsightly. During the inspection, it is recommended to tear off the film in large quantities to check the quality. The film should be removed as soon as possible after installation and decoration, especially outdoor decoration.
