The choice of base material for colored stainless steel plates is very important. Before coloring, the plate must be mirror-finished. If the base material is not good, the ground mirror effect will be unsatisfactory, which directly affects the coloring process. For example, the base material of 304 stainless steel plate is preferably selected from large steel mills such as Jiugang, Zhangpu, Baoxin, etc. or easy-to-abrasive materials.

The color plating of color plates currently includes water plating and vacuum plating. Vacuum electroplating is relatively stable, but the color is relatively not that deep. This needs to be understood, so black titanium stainless steel plates are basically completed by water plating. The control of vacuum plating time and the ratio of potions test the experience and level of the master craftsman.

Fingerprint-free oil can be divided into glossy and matte. If it is reflective, it is glossy. If there is no reflection, it is matte. The price of matte is relatively high, but the color of the oil can also be adjusted to make the color of the stainless steel plate darker.

Among them, if you can really do these three points, this one can generally make a colored stainless steel plate with a relatively ideal effect. But this is easy to say. It is common for workers to lift or scratch the board surface if they are not careful during operation or transportation. This needs to be done with great care.

When we accept colored stainless steel plates, if one plate has different color differences, it will not be accepted. Especially if there are some bubbles, etc., it is not advisable if they are not cleaned before color plating. In addition, if compared with the model, there is definitely a gap. Because it is closely related to the substrate, temperature, humidity, process and other aspects, there is no way to control it exactly the same. You must understand this!
