The manufacturing process of stainless steel chimney is mainly divided into: construction preparation → blanking → coiling → welding longitudinal seam → rounding → lengthening.
1. Construction preparation
Before the formal processing of stainless steel sanitary sanitary diameter 30cm round tube chimney steel, first draw the steel plate blanking diagram and the steel pipe docking diagram, compile the welding process, and carry out the welding process evaluation.
2. Unloading
Before setting out, you must be familiar with the drawings, and the stakeout should be carried out on a platform with good ground flatness. According to the width of incoming materials and the height of the batch plan, the steel plate is cut into a small size equal to the circumference of the pipe pile (protecting cylinder).
3. Coiled tube
The finished steel plate is cut by mechanical cutting or automatic cutting machine on the edge planer, and the welding groove is finished to make the groove size consistent, and create conditions for ensuring the welding quality. Then, it is rolled into the same pipe section as the outer circumference of the pipe pile (protection cylinder) by the roller bed rolling machine, and the rolling direction is consistent with the rolling direction of the steel plate.
4. Welding longitudinal seam
The rolled tube section is put into the mold to adjust the circle, and the upper turntable adopts submerged arc automatic welding or CO2 gas shielded welding welding, and the welding process is strictly carried out according to the welding process and specifications.
5. School circle
The welded pipe sections are inspected. If the ovality exceeds the standard (greater than 5D/1000 or 5mm), the rounding is carried out. After the rounding is completed, a temporary support is added inside the steel pipe to avoid deformation of the pipe pile during hoisting and transportation.
6. Pipe joint length
It is carried out on a flat tire frame, and several pipe sections are butted into piles of 12m/section; before welding, adjust the axis, and the longitudinal welds of adjacent pipe sections should be staggered by no less than 90 degrees according to the design requirements, and then welded. Welding requires welding with longitudinal seam.
