The Inconel X-750 is mainly γ '[ Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] Nickel based high temperature alloys with aging reinforcement have good corrosion resistance and oxidation performance below 980 °C, high strength below 800 °C, and good relaxation resistance below 540 °C. It also has good forming and welding properties, The alloy is mainly used to manufacture components such as corrosion-resistant ring parts, structural parts and bolts that work below 800 °C and require higher strength, and flat Springs with medium or low stress that work below 540 °C and require relaxation resistance. And spiral Springs. It can also be used to make parts such as turbine blades.
Inconel X-750 process performance and requirements:
1.The forging temperature of the alloy is easy to form between 1220 and 950 °C.
2.The alloy is fixed and treated after intense forming process.
3.The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree and final forging temperature.
4.The alloy has a good welding performance, can carry on a variety of welding. After welding, the strength of the approximate complete heat treatment state can be obtained by aging treatment.
5.Heat treatment of parts is carried out in a neutral or reducing atmosphere without sulfur to avoid vulcanization.
