1. Dry grinding and drawing
The most common types in the market are filament and short filament. Cold rolled stainless steel strip 317 shows excellent decorative effect after processing such surface, which can meet the needs of general decorative materials. Generally speaking, cold rolled stainless steel strip 317 can work well after one frosting.
Because of its low cost, simple operation, low processing cost and wide application, this type of processing equipment has become a must-have equipment for processing. Therefore, most of the processing centers can supply frosted plates for filaments and short filaments, of which 304 steel accounts for more than 80%.
2. Oil mill wire drawing
Cold rolled stainless steel strip 317 shows a perfect decorative effect after oil grinding, and is widely used in elevators, home appliances and other decorative panels. Cold rolled stainless steel strip 317 can usually achieve good effect after one grinding pass. At present, there are some oil-based grinding processes on the market that can provide hot-rolled stainless steel, and its effect is equal to that of cold-rolled oil grinding.
Oily drawing is also divided into filament and short filament. Elevator decoration usually uses filament, and all kinds of small appliances, kitchen utensils and other two textures are available.
3. 8K processing
Cold rolled stainless steel strip 317 is significantly better than 200 series stainless steel in 8K processing. The 2B cold-rolled surface is ground by 8K, and the mirror effect can usually be achieved by one pass of processing. At present, the 8K grinding technology with nitric acid and iron oxide red is low in price, and the cost of the value equipment itself is low, so the overall grinding cost is low, and it is widely implemented.
4. Titanium
The selection of high-end decoration materials has a rich effect. Cold rolled stainless steel strip 317 has been used in titanium decoration for a long time, and is widely used in elevator and building decoration materials.
