The viscosity must be increased in winter and lowered in summer. These choices are mainly to prevent two phenomena: one is that the viscosity is not enough, and the film automatically falls off; the other is that the viscosity is too high, which makes it difficult to tear off the film, or even degumming.

   3. The quality of the film itself is also important. From the production process, it is difficult to avoid rubber particles in the adhesive film, but the rubber particles will have a great impact on the subsequent stamping and stretching of the elevator decorative panels, so it is necessary to set requirements for the size and quantity of the rubber particles. Customers can Make standards according to your own quality requirements. Similarly, inclusions, bubbles, and wrinkles in the film will affect product quality. If the customer's requirements are really high, you can choose imported film. The quality of imported films from France and Germany that are common on the market is very good. Of course, if the film application process is not up to standard, it will also cause bubbles or wrinkles in the film. These quality problems are related to the operation level of the film application machine and employees. The processing center should avoid similar situations.
