1. In the case of high passivation performance requirements, it is recommended that the chloride ion content in pure water should not exceed 25PPM;
2. After cleaning the stainless steel surface, the acid aqueous solution discharged, in order to protect the environment, please collect the waste water in the pool, and then neutralize it with lime, sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide and discharge it when the pH value is 7~8;
3. After soaking, be sure to wash the surface, otherwise the residual liquid will have certain side effects on the surface of the workpiece;
4. In case of alkali salts, polymerization will occur, so it should be stored separately and not mixed.
