Water plating process:
In this regard, it is mainly black. Note that the color of the 304 stainless steel plate is unstable and slightly bluish. The mirror stainless steel plate is especially obvious. The treatment method is to do high temperature without fingerprints, but the surface of the stainless steel plate will be brown.
Sandblasting process:
After sandblasting, the color can be plated, but there is a color difference between the color and the ordinary color. The main reason is that the sandblasting particles are emery. The sandblasting of the color 201 stainless steel plate is to use zirconium beads to process the stainless steel plate surface through mechanical equipment, so that the plate surface presents a fine bead-like sand surface, forming a unique decorative effect. In this regard, steel plates are mainly used in stainless steel products such as building decoration, elevator decoration, industrial decoration, facility decoration and so on.
Maintenance of 201 stainless steel plate:
When the product is maintained, it should be noted that if it is in the dry season, it is only necessary to clean the dust and dirt every 3-4 months and then wipe the surface with clean water. Every year during the typhoon or the rainy season, pay attention to wipe the stainless steel surface with clean water in time to prevent the salt-containing liquid combined with dust and dirt from corroding the surface of the 201 stainless steel plate and similar rusting phenomenon. Take special care not to allow water to accumulate in crevices, such as the contact surface between the door and the door frame.
