1. Lixin
Lixin is a unique feature of 430, and the surface is uneven after processing. In the manufacturing process, it will be solved by materials.
From the perspective of use, general utensils, home appliance outer panels, battery shells, dishwashers and other uses with low processing degree have low requirements on lixin, while those with large processing degree have high requirements on lixin.
2. BQ is the quality of polishing
The BQ performance of BA products is better than that of 2B. For example, users should choose BA products when choosing polishing materials such as 2B that cannot meet the requirements.
For SUS430, the BQ performance is slightly worse than that of SUS304.
3. GS (grain size)
The smaller the grain size, the larger the grain size, the softer the material, the better the flexibility and the better deep drawing, but the surface is rough after processing and the polishing is not good. The larger the size, the better the polishing, and the surface will not be rough after processing.
4. Soft material
It is a kind of material whose material is slightly softer than JIS and national standard.
5. Alluvial gold is the characteristic of SUS430. If the surface of the strip steel is rough before rolling, it will be flattened after rolling, but if the tape is torn off after sticking with tape, the covering on the surface will be torn off to reveal the color of the metal body. Looking at the light, the exposed substrate reflects randomly, and it is like a placer gold shining, so it is called placer gold.
BA surface generally has no problem with placer gold.
6. Anisotropy:
The R value (plastic deformation value) of the material along the rolling direction is different, which is the anisotropy of the material. The anisotropy of the material affects the stamping performance of the material, which directly leads to the lug phenomenon of the drawn part. A good degree of anisotropy can be obtained by controlling the rolling reduction of cold rolling.
