When the stainless steel hot-rolled bar is integrally corrected, a lifting machine or mechanical arm is generally used to load or remove the casting into the correction mold. The correction mold for overall correction needs to be specially designed and manufactured, with high precision requirements, suitable for many production lines, high production efficiency, low labor efficiency, and small size error of the corrected castings.

Cold calibration and hot calibration: Cold calibration is used to calibrate castings at room temperature through hammering, manual press, hydraulic jack, friction press or hydraulic press. It is suitable for large, medium and small thick-walled castings with simple geometry and small deformation, cast aluminum alloy profile castings with good large deformation plasticity and cast aluminum alloy castings with large deformation. When the casting structure is complex, a straightening mold can be used for straightening. Thermal adjustment can be divided into partial heating and overall heating. For some 630 stainless steel rods, when cold straightening is difficult, they can be partially heated first, and then hammered or pressed for correction. Large and medium-sized thin-walled castings are corrected using the overall heating method. The amount of correction deformation is determined before correction, and then a suitable protective layer pad is selected and placed on the pad in the heat treatment equipment, and an appropriate load is added to the correction position.
