A: SA335 P9 is rated for continuous service up to 600°C (1112°F). For intermittent service or with proper stress-relieving heat treatment, it can withstand peak temperatures up to 650°C. Always consult design codes (ASME B31.1/B31.3) for allowable stress values at temperature.
A: Yes. All pipes undergo full normalization and tempering. We supply Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1/3.2) including chemical, mechanical, and hardness reports. Optional NDT: Hydrostatic Test, Ultrasonic (UT), Eddy Current, and PMI (Positive Material Identification).
A: Absolutely. We offer sample lengths (minimum 0.5m) for lab testing or weld procedure qualification. Small batch orders (even single pieces) are accepted with no minimum order value — ideal for maintenance, pilot projects, or R&D.
A: Pipes are bundled with steel strapping, protected with anti-rust VCI film, capped ends, and mounted on seaworthy wooden skids. For small diameter tubes, we use hexagonal wooden crates. All packaging meets ISPM 15 for fumigation compliance.
