Overview
430 stainless steel strip is a ferritic, straight chromium stainless steel offering excellent corrosion resistance and formability, combined with good mechanical properties. It is widely used for applications where decorative appearance, moderate corrosion resistance, and good oxidation resistance are required. Compared with austenitic grades, 430 stainless steel features lower thermal expansion and higher thermal conductivity, making it ideal for certain thermal and structural applications.
